Vendor Agreement

In order to sell digital items on ProjectShelve.com (the “Site”), you must agree to the Vendor agreement outlined below, which includes our privacy policy and any other terms and conditions on the Site. By listing an item for sale or purchasing an item on the Site, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this agreement.

The Site is operated by ProjectShelve.com, which reserves the right to make changes to this vendor agreement at any time. Changes to this vendor agreement are effective when the changes are posted to the Site. Continuing to sell digital items on ProjectShelve.com will constitute your agreement to the new Vendor Agreement. 

The Website

ProjectShelve.com is a digital market hub that allows Vendors to sell digital products such as projects, business plan, feasibility studies, eBook, etc. Our service provides a platform for stronger visibility, brand presence and convert every clicks to sales.

Account Set-Up

You must login with an existing account or complete the vendor site registration process to create an account with a store name, user name and password (the “Account”) in order to make full use of selling your digital products on ProjectShelve.com. You are responsible for protecting your password. You must always provide accurate, current and complete information, and you must update such information in a timely manner to maintain its accuracy and completeness. Any use of the Site through your Account will be deemed as being used by you. ProjectShelve.com is entitled to rely on the contact and other information that is supplied to us through your Account. Your Account is non-transferable and non- assignable.

Instant Withdrawal: Vendor can make instant withdrawal from wallet and get paid into bank account within 24 hours.

Notifications:  Vendor gets email notification for sales on products and every activity on the store.

Store Visibility: ProjectShelve provides SEO and Ads to enhance your store for stronger visibility, brand presence and convert every click to sales.

Products Allowed On ProjectShelve.com

At the moment products allowed for sales on ProjectShelve.com are limited to digital materials such as projects, business plan, eBook, Journals, Case Study, Articles, Training Guides & Manuals, Software Licenses, Feasibility Reports, Exam Preps, Contacts, & Exam Token and Pins. Vendor with digital materials outside these categories can contact the admin for consideration of creating category.

Eligibility Requirements

Listing items for sale on ProjectShelve.com is limited to parties, company or individuals with quality academic contents. There is no limit attached to the number of product to be eligible as a vendor (1 to infinity). Minors are not allowed sell on ProjectShelve.com.

Product Requirements

i.       Product must be of standard, unique and not existing  already on ProjectShelve.com

ii.        Product must not be a content available for free online or on an institution or organisation's repository  

iii.      Product must be in a consistent format (font, size, line spacing) and orderly arranged.

iv.     Product should have comprehensive table of contents  that gives insight of what is contained in the product. Buyer can claim refund when any part of the table of  contents does not reflect in the product purchased.

v.  The description of products must contain Abstract, Table of contents, first chapter or section of the product as the case may be, which shall be available only for viewing to buyers.

vi.     Product that do not meet the above requirement shall   fail approval and will be rejected by admin.

vii.   A product shall be deleted when there is repeated complain from buyers.

viii. Vendor account could be suspended or deactivated when we get repeated unresolved issues on products from buyers.

Product Image Requirement

Default images are embedded in each product category, hence you may not need to upload product image. Meanwhile, unique image can be used were required in the case of eBook, business plan, etc.  

For unique image, allowed product image is a squared shape 600 x 600 pixel and a maximum of 35kb. image must be clear and of high quality.  

Fees & Charges

ProjectShelve.com add a platform fee of 50% to the price vendor place on its products. Hence vendor gets what they place as the price of the product each time their products are purchased. It is suggested to set undergraduate projects at N1500 and postgraduate at N2500. System adds the platform fee and the effective price on the website is N3000 and N5000 for undergraduate and postgraduate respectively. Vendors sees record of all activities on their dashboard and get email notification  when purchase is made on any of their products. By listing an item for sale on ProjectShelve.com, you agree to our fees and charges.

Withdrawal & Payout

Payouts are approved and released to vendors bank account within 24 hours of withdrawal request. Withdrawal attracts 5% of the amount requested, this to cover currency conversion and payout transaction charges by our payment gateway. 

Required Communication

Products with missing requirements are rejected with comments, vendors read comments, makes adjustments and resubmit for approval.

ProjectShelve.com requires vendors to always check their dashboard user panel and email for messages and notifications and provide timely response to any requested information which could be related to query on irregularity on product purchased by customer and other matters. 24 hours delayed response leads to automatic refund to customer.  

Vendor Restrictions

Vendors cannot list or sell items that: infringe upon intellectual property rights or are illegal, fake, counterfeit, or stolen. Furthermore. Items listed for sale must be listed on the correct category/item page and an accurate description of the products description must be given. ProjectShelve.com reserves the right to reject or deactivate any vendor at any time for any reason.

ProjectShelve.com reserves the right to prohibit the sale of any item in the marketplace. At ProjectShelve.com’ discretion, products may be removed at any time without notice. The way listings appear in the digital marketplace may change without notice to users of the ProjectShelve.com (Buyers or Vendors).

By listing an item on ProjectShelve.com you agree that you have the right to sell the item, that you have access to the item and that your description provided in your listing is complete and accurate.

Dispute & Refund Policy

For all of your products you will accept, and process returns, refunds and adjustments in accordance with this ProjectShelve.com Vendor agreement. The buyer is subject to the Vendor’s return policy.

You will promptly provide refunds and adjustments that you are obligated to provide and as required by law, and in no case later than 24 hours after the obligation arises. 

Buyers has the right to request 100% refund if they experience issue with document received, such as; corrupt file, wrong file, missing sections in file, i.e If content of material purchased does not match the table of contents.

Buyers are to create dispute on their user panel within 7 days from the purchase date. Vendors are to provide response and solution to the document within 24hrs, if vendor do not provide solution to irregularities in file, wrong file or corrupt file, refund will be made to buyer after 24hrs and vendor will be debited on their dashboard.

Termination

ProjectShelve.com reserves the right to terminate Vendor accounts if policies or laws are being broken. Any illegal or fraudulent activities discovered shall result to termination of account.

Content Agreement

By agreeing to this Vendor agreement, you grant the royalty-free use of any content you submit to us. You represent that you own any content you submit to us or you have the right to distribute submitted content. You will be responsible for any violation of rights for unauthorized content.

Severability

If any section of this agreement is deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable, then that section shall be deemed severable and the remainder of the agreement will remain in force. Failure to enforce any section of this agreement by ProjectShelve.com does not constitute a waiver of ProjectShelve.com’ right to enforce such section or any other section in the future.

Signatures

An electronic signature is any electronic sound, symbol, or process that is related to an agreement and executed with the intent to sign that agreement. You agree that the process of including this document on this digital marketplace constitutes a binding electronic signature by ProjectShelve.com and that the process of clicking the Terms & Agreement checkbox during the account creation process represents your binding electronic Vendor signature.
